Ears have a turnaround time of 4 weeks from the date you order and 1-2 weeks for apparel/drinkware/accessories if ordered alone, if ordered with ears then these items will ship when ears ship. Packing & shipping time is not included in the 4 weeks and thats an additional few days. All sales are FINAL, NO refunds. Please make sure you are ok with this timeframe before placing an order. *SHIPPING NOTE* UPS Shipping gets automatically calculated by Shopify by weight of the item/s ordered if you're in the US it should be anywhere from $7ish to $14ish. For some reason some US areas have a ridiculous UPS rate of like $20+ if you happen to get that type of rate please message me so I can figure some other type of shipping for you. Thank you!

Once I drop packages off, they are out of my hands and out of my control. I am not/will not be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages or wrong addresses, so please make sure your address is correct and deliverable. Claims for any lost or damaged packages must be filed by the customer.
International friends, please keep in mind additional custom fees may be due once package arrives to you.
